Definitions and Parties

In these terms, "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the platform, and "Services" refers to the consultation or online platform provided by Tahawl. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding electronic agreement.

Permitted Use

Consultation Services

Tahawl provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Final decisions remain the client's responsibility.

Payment & Cancellations Policy

The User is obligated to pay the fees according to the announced conditions. All payments are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the start date, the client is entitled to an 80% refund of the paid fees.
• If the cancellation is made between 3 to 6 days before the start date, the client is entitled to a 50% refund of the paid fees.
• If the cancellation is made within less than 48 hours of the service start date, the paid fees are strictly non-refundable.

Tahawl reserves the right to deduct any administrative or banking charges related to the refund process.

Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved by Tahawl. No part of this site may be copied or reused without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
